  • Report violations promptly using our reporting tools
  • End conversations politely if you're no longer interested
  • Help create a positive atmosphere for everyone

Strictly Prohibited (Don'ts)

The following behaviors will result in immediate action:

Harassment & Bullying

  • Threatening, intimidating, or demeaning other users
  • Using hate speech based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or disability
  • Targeted harassment or stalking
  • Encouraging self-harm or suicide

Adult & Sexual Content

  • Exposing yourself or performing sexual acts on camera
  • Sharing pornographic or inappropriate material
  • Engaging in inappropriate conversations
  • Soliciting sexual favors or proposing intimate encounters
  • Discussing adult topics in a provocative manner

Illegal Activities

  • Promoting or facilitating illegal activities
  • Sharing copyrighted material without permission
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful software
  • Attempting to scam, defraud, or extort other users
  • Phishing or attempting to obtain personal information for malicious purposes

Privacy Violations

  • Recording or screenshotting conversations without clear consent
  • Sharing other users' personal information (doxxing)
  • Attempting to identify or locate another user in real life
  • Distributing private messages or video recordings publicly

Spam & Commercial Activity

  • Sending unsolicited advertisements or promotional messages
  • Promoting competing platforms or services
  • Repeatedly sending the same message (spam)
  • Running scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent schemes
  • Soliciting donations or financial contributions

Impersonation & Misrepresentation

  • Pretending to be someone else (celebrity, official, another user)
  • Using false information to manipulate or deceive
  • Misrepresenting your age, identity, or intentions

Enforcement Process

When a violation is reported, our moderation team follows a review process:

  1. Review: Reports are examined within 24 hours. We consider context and severity.
  2. Action: Based on findings, we may issue a warning, temporary ban, or permanent ban.
  3. Appeal: Users may appeal decisions by contacting our support team.

We reserve the right to take immediate action without warning for severe violations (e.g., illegal content, immediate threats).

If you believe your account was suspended in error or have questions about these guidelines, please contact us. Provide your username (if applicable) and a clear explanation of your concern.

Updates to Guidelines

These Community Guidelines may be updated periodically to address new issues or clarify expectations. Continued use of Warsaw Chat after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated guidelines. Significant changes will be announced on our blog.
